3.3 Account Registration
To create a zs555 Account, you must provide accurate, complete, and current registration information including your full legal name, valid Pakistani mobile number, date of birth, and email address. You must not register under a false identity, use another person's details, or provide information you know to be inaccurate. zs555 reserves the right to request documentary verification of any information provided at registration at any time.
3.4 One Account Per Person
Each individual may hold exactly one zs555 Account. The opening of multiple accounts — including through household members sharing a device or payment method — constitutes a breach of these Terms. Where duplicate accounts are identified, zs555 will close all but the earliest verified account and forfeit balances held across the duplicate accounts, including any winnings generated from them.
4.1 Account Security
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your zs555 login credentials. You must not share your password with any third party. Any activity conducted through your Account — including bets placed, deposits made, and withdrawals requested — will be treated as having been authorised by you. zs555 accepts no liability for losses resulting from unauthorised account access arising from your failure to maintain appropriate security over your credentials.
4.2 Account Verification
zs555 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any stage of your membership. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable period requested by zs555 will result in the suspension of withdrawal functionality and may result in Account closure. Withdrawal of any balance held in a closed Account will require completion of KYC prior to processing.
4.3 Account Closure
You may request the closure of your zs555 Account at any time by contacting our support team. zs555 will process closure requests within 48 hours of receipt. Any verified real-money balance remaining at the time of closure will be paid out to your last verified withdrawal method following completion of any outstanding wagering requirements applicable to active bonus funds.
zs555 reserves the right to suspend or close any Account at its sole discretion where there is reasonable evidence of fraudulent activity, terms abuse, KYC failure, or any conduct prejudicial to the integrity of the Platform or its members.

Deposits are generally credited to your zs555 Account balance within seconds of successful payment confirmation. In the event of a delay exceeding 15 minutes, members should contact zs555 support via live chat with their payment reference number. zs555 will investigate and resolve confirmed payment delays within 4 hours.
You must only use payment methods registered in your own name. Deposits from payment accounts belonging to third parties — including family members — are not permitted and will be returned to source minus any applicable processing fees. Winnings generated from third-party funded deposits may be voided at zs555's discretion.
zs555 reserves the right to request proof of payment method ownership at any time and to hold withdrawal processing pending satisfactory verification of the same.
Withdrawal requests at zs555 are processed exclusively to the verified payment method(s) associated with the Member's Account. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs500. There are no zs555-imposed fees on standard PKR withdrawals to JazzCash or EasyPaisa. Bank transfer withdrawals may be subject to bank processing fees outside zs555's control.
zs555 targets a processing time of 15–20 minutes for JazzCash and EasyPaisa withdrawals, available 24 hours a day including all Pakistani public holidays. Bank transfer withdrawals may take up to one business day to credit to the destination account depending on the receiving institution.
Withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions:

7.1 Wagering Requirements
Unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion terms, all bonus funds credited to a zs555 Account must be wagered at least the number of times stated in the relevant promotion terms before bonus funds or winnings derived from them become eligible for withdrawal. During the bonus wagering period, withdrawals of real-money funds may be subject to forfeiture of the active bonus balance at the Member's election.
7.2 Bonus Abuse

VIP tier benefits at zs555 (Bronze through Platinum) are governed by the VIP Programme terms in effect at the time of tier qualification. Tier benefits may be amended by zs555 on 30 days' notice published on the Platform.

If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform immediately and may request Account closure in accordance with Section 4.3 of these Terms.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to zs555's operating jurisdiction under its international gaming licence. In the event of any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms or your use of the zs555 Platform, the parties agree to first attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation.
In the event that direct negotiation fails, zs555 operates an internal dispute resolution process.
